Sixhand
Brand identity, product design and a React app for a professional network where every opportunity comes with a warm intro.

Challenge
Job boards are a lottery: hundreds of cold applications, few replies. Sixhand shows who connects you to any job, project or service, up to six handshakes away, and turns “who do you know?” into a one-tap introduction. The product needed a brand that feels warm and trustworthy, and an interface that makes a trust path readable at a glance.
Approach
The mark is two interlocking halves, the hand you offer and the hand that takes it, inside a superellipse tile for the closed, trusted network. Cream and ink carry most screens; Signal Orange is kept for badges, active states and the next step. Bricolage Grotesque sets the headings and Google Sans Flex runs the interface. Everything is documented in public brand guidelines.
I designed the product around three steps: find a listing posted by someone in your network, check the trust path, ask for the intro. Then I built it: a React and TypeScript web app, iOS and Android apps and an MCP connector for Claude, all on one design system.
Result
Sixhand launched at sixhand.io with one consistent brand across the website, the apps, the brand guidelines and the Claude connector.
